Once your logs are all in, you then should submit an @mail to Paradigm, filling out the following form:

I've completed The Great RP Challenge! My five or more scenes are as follows:
1.
Title of Log:
IC Date of Log:
OOC Date of Log:
# or URL of Log:
Character:
2.
Etc.
------
Fill out the same set of information for each of your five+ scenes, being sure to follow the given format. The log number can be found by visiting the messages page of the logs list: http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/xmr-logs/messages while you can provide the URL for any logs posted on the LJ community. We ask that you provide this to make our job quicker in verifying the log.
All logs must be into the list by the 8th of April. This gives you a little over a week to edit and submit any outstanding logs, but we suggest you try to keep on top of logs and submit them throughout the month. And please remember that you cannot use logs from RP that takes place after the 31st. This window is just to provide time to edit outstanding logs, not to catch up on last minute RP.
The @mailed forms must be submitted to Paradigm by 11:59 pm EST on the 8th.
You absolutely may not harass or attempt to guilt or strong arm other players into RP because you need them to complete the challenge. Any official complaints of this nature may see the participant disqualified. Please be polite and respect that others may not be participating or able to RP.
If you wish to use a scene for TGRPC but do not wish to share the contents of the log with the entire playerbase, you may request an exception via @mail to Paradigm. Please explain why you are uncomfortable sharing the log, the other participants, and a brief outline of what happened during the scene.
You should be sure to obtain approval from other scene participants before submitting any sensitive logs to the list. In this case, a sensitive log may contain information about a team or another character. If more is revealed about others than about yourself, it is a good idea to get permission. If you cannot obtain permission (either through lack of opportunity or lack of consent), you may use the above instructions to request an exception from staff.
New players and characters who are approved during the month are more than welcome to join in on TGRPC. However, please be aware that despite a late start, you still must finish your efforts by the end of the challenge period.
And most of all, please remember TGRPC is meant only for fun. If you get close but don't quite manage to complete it, well, you can submit anyway. Depending on the level of success, we may well publish a list of 'honourable mentions' and give out a token or two to those who made a good effort.
If you have any questions or find anything unclear, please feel free to get in contact with staff.
