Building in a Pre-Existing Apartment Building
Perhaps your character has the means to live in an apartment in Manhattan. Either they work full time or live with their parents or legal guardians or perhaps their place is paid for by mommy and daddy while they go to college there. Regardless, if you think your character would have the means with which to live in such a space, you can apply for a spot in one of the pre-existing buildings.
Just @mail *BUILD with the following information:
- Which building you would like an apartment in (please consider not only the location but the general price-range of the building) -- on-game: type +dir accommodations.
- If it is an apartment, loft or condo (please be sure to match accordingly with your character's resources).
- How many rooms you need and in what order they are attached (eg. that you would like a living room that leads to a bedroom with a balcony off the living room or perhaps off the bedroom). Please keep in mind that rooms that might not be RP'd in that much (eg. bathrooms, kitchens) need not be dug but may be referenced in the apartment's desc.
