Biography

Full Name: Benedict "Bennie" Jacob Peters Penna
Age: 35
Codename: Draconis
Family: Only child, parents deceased.

Benedict doesn't talk about his past much. Born in a poor Jersey neighborhood to hardworking parents who lived above the corner store they ran, he's been on his own since age 19 when his parents died mysteriously in an apartment fire. Roaming the country ever since, Bennie's only finally come to settle down for awhile in New York.

Powers

Benedict can breathe smoke and fire. He's also capable of limited flight thanks to a large pair of leathery wings he can grow from his shoulder-blades. When using his powers, he grows an armor of scales which provide him incredible protection against heat and some limited protection against blunt or sharp force trauma. He then sloughs off these scales to grow new skin which is free of any cuts or contusions the old skin had attained.

Friends and Enemies

Plain was one of the first people Benedict ran into and the two had a reasonable chat about the relationship between God and mutant.
Bennie encountered Pat as the unofficial welcome wagon the Boar's Head. He at least seemed to pass her test and wasn't run out of the bar on a rail.
A late night in a crowded Starbucks got Benedict talking with Jameson ?.
Another evening of drinking had him run into Frankie and the two engaged in some goofy fun and light flirting.

Just some character-building RP at this point, thanks.

Although right now I've got him sweeping floors at some anonymous factory. If anyone runs an IC business or works at a place where he might be able to find employment in some low-level grunt job like that it might make for an interesting point-of-contact.
