The girl is able to to make blades of psychic energy come from her knuckles. The effects appear to be equivalent to those of a stun gun. She also has been known to be able to create small illusions to effect her appearance and other such things to other people.

Elizabeth was born in London, and lived a nice little spoiled life, until her mother caught her with drugs. She was immediately sent out of country for her rehab. She ended up in Boston. This joy of joys did not last long. Her parents died in a plane crash not long after she was admitted. She didn't handle this well, making an escape in which mutant powers made themselves known. She ended up in New York, homeless and just a bit wanted by the police. Four years she stayed on the streets, but one day she was found by Sally and brought to Xavier's. She has met people she has liked and even her current boyfriend Bobby? there.
