First appearing to wreak havoc on the Bronx Zoo, and then during the Butterfly incident at Times Square, little is known about the creature known as Sauron. He is apparently bent on creating as much carnage as possible, and is responsible for over a dozen deaths already.

Powers

Sauron is a scaly green flying lizard-man. He has sharp talons, a vicious beak, and is incredibly strong. He has several times exhibited the ability to use his wings in a wind-buffetting attack to knock his opponents off balance. He is also apparently very tough to injure in any major way, presumably because of his tough skin and perhaps some regenerative property.

Friends and Enemies

As of right now, Sauron has no friends. His enemies are all who would stand in the way of his ultimate goal, which is unknown to all but him.
