The Specials section is there for you to place anything which is above and beyond the average. It you have skills, technologies or resources which are unusual or worth noting, this is the place to put it.
After considering the general wealth and resources of the characters on our grid, we're going to set the general price point of material things worth mentioning at greater than $1500. This is a very rough guideline intended only to help players sort out which resources are worth mentioning. If you have a very low end tower computer with a small flatscreen monitor, you probably don't need to mention it to us. If you've got a high end Apple laptop, it should warrant mentioning. Think of the $1500 less as what it would cost in a store and more in terms of how much your character would value it (can't live without it? then put it here).
As well, anything your character has had personalized or tricked out should be mentioned here. If it's different from what you'd just walk in and buy in the store, explain to us how it works, how they got it personalized, what it's worth now, etc. This includes technologies or resources specially designed to work with your mutation as well, since we need to know what these do and how your character got them.
Also always worth mentioning: vehicles, weapons, money (and sources of money ie. parents/guardians), jobs, places to live, people who support your character, fighting skills either formal or informal (eg. martial arts or schoolyard fighting), specialized knowledge, languages, degrees/diplomas/certificates, driver's/operator's permit's/licenses, fake IDs (tell us how you got it and how good it is). We may add to this list from time-to-time, so please check it periodically.
Remember, if your character acquires any of these things through IC roleplay, it should be applied for using +char/upgrade (see '+help char-upgrades' for information).
