From news policy prp: A Player Run Plot or PRP is just as it sounds - a small, localized plot or event run by any volunteering player.
Examples of suitable PRPs (feel free to adapt these for your own uses): parties hosted by a character, a movie premiere, a rally or parade, concert in the park, speechifying in a public place (official or soapbox), big sale at a store, busker performance, school dance, public picnic, etc.
