Background

Kurt Wagner was an acrobat with the Munich Circus. At some point he was taken by Stryker and used in an experiment. He joined Xavier's X-Men for a short while.

Powers

Kurt is an obvious mutant with blue skin which he has scarred with angelic symbols ("one for every sin"). He can teleport.
